Adult communities are often a great compromise for individuals that still want to live on their own, but want to live in a community that will offer them fun as well as support from people their age.

Prices on homes in these active adult communities will vary from community to community all around the country. Specifically in the Dunbarton area prices start at about $350,000 and go up to almost $500,000 depending on the type of home one wants.
