Mold is a part of life and we can not get rid of it all together, but we can keep it from getting out of control in our home.

When large amounts of mold gets in the home, most of the time it has to be removed by water damage professionals because the toxins are bad and the mold is all over the house. Other times when it is only a minor amount of mold, you can remove it yourself. You need to wear gloves, glasses, and long sleeved shirts and pants so the mold will not get on the skin. If the damages are bad, the areas will have to be torn out and removed from the home.
